Experts Recommend Annual Roof Inspections

Experts recommend homeowners have their roof inspected by trained professionals once a year and after severe weather.  Some even recommend inspections twice a year. The purpose is to catch small problems early, before they become big, costly problems, such as mold in the attic and water damage in the kitchen.

We Know What Roof Damage Looks Like

Some roof damage isn’t obvious nor is it easy to detect.  For example, split shingles caused by hail can only be seen by getting on the roof and inspecting the backside of individual shingles.  Marathon Roofing can give you accurate information to help you make an informed decision and put your mind at ease.

Free AND No-Obligation!

Our free roof inspections are performed by trained, knowledgeable, professionals. You are under no obligation to have any roof work done by us.  We hope to earn your trust and confidence but you are free to hire any roofing contractor you prefer.

Once Your Claim is Approved by Insurance

Congratulations! You're getting a new roof!

  1. When your insurance adjuster approves roof work, they write up an estimate and send you a check for the claim.

  2. Upon receipt of the estimate and check, you call Marathon Roofing to sit down with you and go over the work insurance agreed to pay for.

  3. We make sure that everything needed and required by building code is included.  This is also the time you get to pick out your new shingles!

  4. If we uncover any missing items on the insurance company’s estimate, we’ll inform the insurance adjuster and request that those missing items be added to the project.  This is called a supplement and is absolutely in the homeowner’s best interest. Your insurance company may contact you to let you know we’ve filed a supplement to the claim. (This is of no cost to you and ensures you receive everything you should.)

  5. Upon final agreement and receipt of the initial payment, we order your supplies and schedule installation of your new roof!  Congratulations, again!
